§ 1 Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in the online shop of Feinewolle – Stoffe, Wolle & Kurzwaren (Inhaberin: Vorname Nachname), Hauptstraße 55, 4040 Linz-Urfahr, Austria (“Feinewolle”, “we”). Consumers are persons within the meaning of § 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a binding offer. By clicking the “Place order and pay” button you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. You can check and correct your entries at any time before submitting. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.
§ 3 Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT, plus shipping: within Austria €4.95 (free from €59.00), express €12.90, to other EU countries €12.90 (free from €129.00). Click & Collect is free of charge.
§ 4 Delivery
We deliver within Austria and to the EU member states. Delivery takes 1–3 working days within Austria and 3–7 working days to other EU countries unless stated otherwise.
§ 5 Payment
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, eps bank transfer or SEPA Direct Debit via our payment provider Stripe.
§ 6 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG); see our cancellation policy. Fabric cut to your specifications is excluded (§ 18 (1) no. 3 FAGG).
§ 8 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights under the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) and the Consumer Warranty Act (VGG) apply.
§ 9 Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from purchase and can be redeemed online and in our store. Cash payment is excluded.
§ 10 Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as this does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence.
